This class focuses on improving flexibility and mobility in the hamstrings, hip flexors and lower back to achieve or enhance front splits. Through guided stretching, dynamic movements and targeted exercises, participants work at their own pace to increase range of motion and balance, helping to safely and effectively work toward full splits. Suitable for all levels, this class emphasizes proper form and gradual progress to prevent injury and support overall flexibility.
